Payment Terms

Orders placed through the IDCCORP.COM Site will be processed by American Express, MasterCard, Visa or the Discover Network. C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. Credit cards will be charged when the order is shipped from the distribution center direct to customer or when picked up at the store location of IDC Corporation located at 11-40 Borden Ave. Long Island City, NY 11101.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged at the applicable rate, depending on the destination of the order. See IDC Sales Tax Policy for more details.

Shipping Terms

IDCCORP.COM ships via 3-7 day ground service. Express delivery is available for an extra charge. Same-day delivery may also be available in your area. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order but your items may arrive in more than one box. You will only be charged one delivery price. IDCCORP.COM currently ships to destinations in the USA only. See IDC Shipping Terms for more details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of an order must be approved by IDC Corporation and may be subject to restocking and other charges.

Pricing

Prices listed online are our current selling prices. Large quantity discounts are available. It is our intention to honor the prices on the IDC's web site, however, IDC Corporation reserves the right to change prices due to changing market conditions. Additionally, we reserve the right to correct typographical and pricing errors.

Use and Protection of Customer Information

IDCCORP.COM will only maintain information relevant to helping us identify and address customers' needs and interests, and we make every effort to ensure that the information is used to make products and services available that will be valuable to the customer. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the product you purchased, IDCCORP.COM site will refund your money. Just return any new or unused item or product to us within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, and we'll refund the full purchase price. For more information on returning a product, please see our Returns Policy. Unless otherwise stated, manufacturer warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the United States. You may return your purchase by shipping directly to IDC CORPORATION, 11-40 Borden Ave. Long Island City, NY 11101 locations will exchange the product or issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets the conditions set forth in the IDCCORP.COM Returns Policy or Parts Warranty sections.
